Bought this mainly to run an air compressor with a 15 amp draw as well as other outdoor power tools. I was using a 16ga standard orange 100 ft extension cord that just wasnt cutting it considering the cord coming off the compressor was 14ga. It kept tripping the breaker on cold starts until the motor warmed up, so after a little research I decided the cord needed an upgrade. I considered buying the 10ga but took a gamble on this product since it was double the price and it runs the compressor like it was plugged straight into the wall.
You notice the difference in quality over your standard cheap Christmas light extension cords, and having a lighted connection is a plus. Flexibility is good and does not seem to be an issue even in colder weather. Very happy with the company that makes this and would buy their products again.
